Just recently moved to South Jordan. I love Zupas. You would think that I am in heaven, right? WRONG! Every time I have been there, four to be exact, they have messed up my order every time! Looks like I will have to micromanage their order fulfillment process. ie. don't bag my order, show me my order first so I know that you made it correctly! This location is beginning to test my love for Zupas... This location can learn a few things from the Salt Lake (4th south), Cottonwood Hgts, and West Jordan locations. They are always busy and they have never ever messed up my order!

Apparently Zupas is a UT local chain and I hope they will expand soon, specially to the Orlando Area, where I live. This place is amazing. The whole concept is interesting. Paninis and/or Salad and/or Soup and you have a lot of soda drinking choices and on top of that, you're able to add some flavors to them to make your personalized "Italian soda". Not only the food and choices are good, but the whole place is vibrant, energetic, full of beautiful people! It's my Go-to place here in South Jordan, UT! Please expand!

The only reason I gave them a five was I couldn't give them a six. I had the berry pomegranate salad, the wisconsin cauliflower soup and it was one of the best restaurant lunches I have ever had. Great place...

Loved the cauliflower soup which included a chocolate covered strawberry. This location has a large dinning area, which I appreciated.

I don't come here often but when I did, I really enjoyed my experience. I've tried the summer salad, honey bacon turkey sandwich, and turkey bacon avocado sandwich. The summer salad had dried cranberries, sliced strawberries, and whole purple grapes mixed in romaine salad topped with crumbled walnuts. There was a berry vinaigrette on the side that I complimented the salad very well. I'll definitely come back to try it again, and I would say with high confidence that anyone who enjoys fruits will enjoy this salad. The honey bacon turkey sandwich came with a side of barbecue sauce that was okay. I probably won't order it again now that I've tried the turkey bacon avocado sandwich. Then again, bacon + avocado = awesome. I'll order the turkey bacon avocado sandwich again next time I'm back. I also tried their white chocolate dipped in milk chocolate. That was pretty good too, especially if you like chocolate. Prices were also very affordable. I'll definitely come back to try other things also. They're also fast so in just a few minutes, you'll get your food even if it's during the lunch rush hours.

Had lunch here today and ordered a Mango/Berry salad that was delicious! I kind of wish I didn't order 1/2 because it was so tasty that I could have finished a bigger salad. I did take out so I don't know much about the atmosphere or staff - but the chocolate covered strawberry was a nice treat after my salad.

The food here is of good consistent quality. The service at this location has taken a nose dive. The past 7-8 times I have ordered here, my order has been wrong. I keep returning, thinking that maybe I wasnt clear enough, but I am officially giving up. I went in today, got the half salad and half soup to go. When I got back to work, I saw that they completely forgot the bread & strawberry, so I had nothing to eat my soup with. Last time, I ordered my salad with no egg & no tomato. When I got my salad, it had extra egg and no bacon. The two times before that, they forgot that my salad was to go, mixed the dressing, and then just put it in a to go container; When I got to eat my salad, it was soggy. The time before that, one of the employees actually argued with the customer in front of me, telling her that she needed a dessert, even after the customer refused multiple times. Seriously disappointing. These are minor problems every once in a while, but EVERY order? I love the food here, it is close to work so I can pop in quickly for lunch. But I cant keep giving money for food I did not order.

I feel a little guilty giving Zupa's 3 stars. I really really want to be generous with four stars, but...they're becoming far less generous with their portion sizes, so I figure it's fair. I really love Zupa's food. Their soups, for the most part, are some of the most comforting savories you'll find anywhere. The paninis are well-built, with quality ingredients, and very tasty. And the salads, which have historically been my favorite element of Zupa's menu, are fresh, crunchy, and oh so good! Their Tomato Basil soup is the best I've had anywhere. Much has been touted about their Thai Lobster Curry, and it is fabulous. Other favorites from their tureen are Lobster Bisque, Wild Mushroom Bisque, Tuscan White Bean, and most often their "test" soup for the month. They'll typically have one or two soups that they are trying out on the public. This is their genius way of expanding their menu or adding seasonal features, and I love it. I really hope they'll bring back the Caribbean Pumpkin soup when winter comes around again. Wow. They also offered an Irish Stew for a while that was phenomenal and would be welcomed back by me! The salads they feature on their regular menu are nicely thought out combinations using one of a couple of choices of greens. The Summer Chicken is my personal go-to salad which includes great veggies, fruits, chicken, and their wonderful Strawberry Vinaigrette dressing - or if I'm feeling like it, I'll sub for the Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette which is very good. The Thai Peanut Chicken salad is also very very good, with its included peanut sauce, wonton strips and Sesame Ginger dressing. (BUT, it's iceberg lettuce, and I really wish they would stop using iceberg lettuce altogether. IMO, it's lettuce that shouldn't be utilized in any salad except a wedge.) If you're feeling like a salad sans meat, you should try their Nuts About Berries salad. Great marriage of fresh veggies and fruits, and cinnamon almonds, yum! It's not typical that I order anything but a salad/soup combo. So, I won't get into the sandwiches or dessert offerings at Zupa's, except to say that everything I've ever tried has been good. I do have a couple of gripes with Zupa's. First, they are disturbingly militant when it comes to the amount of ingredients they are allowed to use. They load up the salad mixing bowl with which ever greens you order, then basically weigh it to ensure they've not gone over the standard for greens, before adding anything else. Really? And, I've noticed that over the past year or so, the portions are getting smaller and smaller. I've often asked to add an ingredient to a salad which isn't standardly included (like red onions or peppers), or extra of an included ingredient, and the answer is always "Sure, we can add it, but we'll have to charge you extra." Okay. At least they tell you before they do it. If it's extra chicken, I get it. But that's not usually what people request for an extra. Here's how I feel about places who charge you for every tiny little extra or add-on: when you're already charging $7.00 for a salad, no matter how good it is, it wouldn't bankrupt you to allow for small changes, additions or extras. It would likely engender more loyalty in your customers. I realize you must draw the line somewhere, but wouldn't it make more sense to tip the scales in favor of your customers than your cash registers? Basically, for $8 plus tax, you can get a Half & Half Combo with your choice of either a half soup and/or half salad and/or half panini sandwich. For the same price, you can get a full order of any of the above. All combos, and full soups & salads, come with a small slice of their enriched white baguette bread, and a chocolate dipped strawberry. Nice touch. However, each time I foot my own bill here, I always end up feeling robbed. It's a lot of money for a very small serving of soup and salad. And if you get it to go, it seems you get even less somehow. Probably not, since they weigh everything, but it feels that way. Bottom line - if you're needing a fresh lunch with great ingredients, to nourish you through the remainder of your workday, Zupa's will satisfy. However, if you're on a budget like most people I know, you may want to limit repeat visits, as your weekly lunch budget will be depleted quickly here. A warning - if you come to this location at lunchtime on a weekday, be prepared to hover like a vulture for available seating. As is true for most Zupa's locations at lunchtime, it gets packed with local workers who enjoy hanging out for their entire lunch hour, plus.

From the moment you step into Zupas, you immediately notice the atmosphere. Every seat is occupied, yet the place is immaculate. Busy, yet organized. Zupas is the perfect example of organized chaos. It's impossible not to notice the aroma of a tasteful blend of spices wafting through the air. The scent of a panini, grilled to perfection, lingers in the crisp, perfectly air conditioned air as you approach the line. An employee walks up to you with a smile that yells, "I love my job!" You feel the need to profess your love for this place - to jump up and hug passersby - but there is a more important task at stake: Getting your hands on a sandwich. It's been thirty seconds since you stepped foot in the door, but the anticipation is already killing you. After what seems like no time at all, it's your turn to order. The service is impeccable. Smiles light up the faces of the jubilant staff, as they greet you and ask for your order. You feel a sense of importance, as if their life long dream was to serve you a sandwich. Your expression says it all: This is the highlight of your life. As you continue down the line, you are offered a variety of additional options. Soups? Salads? Delicious chocolate-covered strawberries? This is it: The finish line. All you have to do is fork up a few measly dollars, and all the glory of this sandwich is yours! The cashier rings you up, and tells you, with pride, the shockingly reasonable price of your meal. For $8.95, you were able to order heaven in a sandwich. You race towards the nearest table, adrenaline rushing, heart pounding, unable to wait a minute longer. You tear into that sandwich like it's the last one on Earth. Your eyes close in pure bliss - this is it. This is what a sandwich was made to taste like. If sandwich making could be an Olympic sport, you'd give this masterpiece gold medals all day long.

Food is decent but overpriced. Last time I went they messed my order up but quickly fixed it. The chicken enchilada soup had good flavor but wasn't warm. Salad was fresh with good ingredients but small. Decent food, but lunch for 2 of us cost ~$25 and it just wasn't worth it.

The is a growing chain of soup, salad, and sandwich restaurants. The have a wide variety of options for all three categories. I've never been disappointed by anything I've had here. Although the Lobster bisque seems to slowly lose more and more lobster each time I order it. That aside everything is fresh and quite a good value for what you get in terms of portions. They give you a chocolate dipped strawberry with every entree you order. In addition to the usual Coke beverages they serve Crystal Light which is a nice alternative to a soda or cola drink. You'll be happy here.

Ahhh Zupas... What I love: Tomato basil soup with orzo pasta a dash of feta and Parmesan. Chocolate covered strawberries. Syrups at the soda fountains so I can have peach lemon aid or vanilla diet coke. On occasion the triple berry salad. I keep coming back but there have been several experiences that leave me asking WHY? I tried the BBQ chicken with pineapple- great idea but the result was unimpressive. The bread was cheap and the sandwich was dry. The triple berry salad is hit and miss. Sometimes it's fresh and tasty with yummy cinnamon nuts and sometimes it's just floppy and seems like the last of a bowl of prepared salad that has been sitting in the fridge all day. My last encounter with Zupas made me reconsider my addiction to the tomato basil soup. I went the store in Cottonwood and the service really left something to be desired. I got a large soup to enjoy as I delved into a good book and realized there had been no orzo added. I went back and asked for some orzo and asked for another small piece of bread for my large soup. They wanted to charge me for both the sample size cup of orzo and a tiny piece of bread. Finally after seeing my frustration and realizing my previous purchase they gave in and gave me my orzo. Maybe they were just afraid of the crazed look in my eyes : / Call me a cheapskate but I think it's ridiculous to charge someone for a tablespoon of pasta! Also I think it's ludicrous that a large soup only comes with an inch and a half of bread. If I'm going to pay that much for some soup I feel entitled to a little customer service and maybe even an EXTRA tablespoon of orzo... Sorry for the rant. I love the idea behind Zupas but I just wish the follow through and customer service were better. It comes off like a big chain serving mass produced food instead of inventive and fresh like I really think it could be.

I'd never heard of this place until the other day when I stopped in with a co-worker. It's a simple sandwich, soup and salad cafe. The food quality is pretty spectacular for the price. I got the Honey Bacon Club and it was delicious. They had several soups that just the name made my mouth water; Thai Lobster Curry, New Orleans Style Gumbo, Chicken Enchilada Chili. The desserts looked divine, and I couldn't help myself but get a Rockslide brownie bar. If there was a Zupas location near downtown, I would be here all the time.

The paninis at Zupas are really, really good. The honey bacon is the most recent one I've tried and I'd say my favorite so far. Every salad I've tried has been delicious also. The fruit and sugary cinnamon mix adds a nice taste to the salads. I haven't tried any of the soups yet, buy my wife loves them. Overall, a delicious place to eat.

Reminds me of Panera Bread but with more vegetarian options!! I love their tomato basil soup mixed with wisconsin cheese soup and their veggie sandwich or grilled cheese. Their berry salad is pretty good too.. and the bread and chocolate covered strawberry with your meal is a plus!!! overall, nice lunch spot. Gets busy at lunch usually..

I love Zupas! I'm so glad that they finally got one in downtown Salt Lake as well. My favorite soup/salad combination here is the Thai Lobster Curry soup (I like to add in some coconut) and the Nuts About Berries salad.

GREAT,GREAT,GREAT! Got the harvest strawberry chicken salad (dressing was a little sweet but a very good strawberry vinaigrette ) and the New England clam chowder (one of the best I've ever had). Very friendly staff and you even get a chocolate covered strawberry as a treat! Love when I find great restaurants on my business travels.

They gave me clam chowder instead of vegetable chowder. Oops. The grilled cheese panini with pesto sauce was delicious. Love their free bread and chocolate dipped strawberries.

PSA: Don't buy a gift card here! They charge you a monthly fee if it's not used within 12 months until there is a zero balance. So, they have my money & I have nothing. Nice "gift" if you like highway robbery!

Continually unsafe food handling practices. I've brought it up multiple times but nothing changes. After lunch rush, the cashier starts getting into the bread and strawberry business. This would be fine except they are working the cash register and handling filthy money and credit cards WITH GLOVES ON. When they are done ringing you up they go right back to handling food without changing those gloves. This restaurant sits right across the street from the barbecue joint that put someone in the hospital for their unsafe practices. Wisen up Zuppas. Despite your sticky sweet customer greetings, you are not bullet proof from law suits. Yuck!!!!!!!!!

Only reason I continue to go to cafe zupas is because the food is good. I absolutely cannot stand the pushy salesman attitude of staff at all cafe zupas. I'm sure it's corporate BS, but nonetheless horrible knowing that. If you haven't tried their lobster bisque you should. It makes putting up with weirdo service ok.

came here for an early dinner with my mom and my son. I absolutely love zupas and had to introduce it to my mother. I got there at a perfect time and no one was in line ahead of us so we got to order right away. we sat ourselves in a booth and made a tasty spritzer with their awesome syrups. I had my usual honey bacon club and soup (half tomato basil, half Wisconsin cauliflower) and my mom tried the turkey bacon avocado. both were delicious and I was very pleased.

5 Stars for the price/style of restaurant. Visiting from Arizona and was very impressed. Had the summer salad, carnitas sandwich, lobster soup, and a brownie thingy. Wish we had one at home in Tucson.

solid spot for soups, sandwiches, and probably salads but I haven't tried a salad yet. Think Panera but better and less expensive. I got the crab sandy without bacon and it was PHENOM. Perfectly toasted for crunch without the cut your mouth in a thousand places effect. The crab salad was REAL CRAB and dressed lightly and to perfection. The vegetable chowder soup was also the bomb. I loved that they have a creamy alternative to clam chowder because sometimes a girl just wants her veggies. The extra chocolate covered strawberry was the... Strawberry on top ;) I also got my order to go and everything stayed warm and in-place on my drive home. Will definitely be frequenting this place.

Cafe Zupas is high end fast food. The food is good, consistently. It's a great place to get soups, salads and sandwiches. The service is also good. Maybe a little too good. And no, I'm not nit picking. It's over the top service, it's really loud. It borders on the verge of awkward and creepy. The food is good. I'll be back.

I looooved it here. It was hyped up by a friend of mine so had I try it. Had the cauliflower soup (it's actually cheesy goodness-not what you think) and a turkey-spinach-artichoke sandwich (TSA). Both were so tasty! Everyone that worked there was so young and vibrant and helpful. They had great energy. Made me want to come back soon to try something else that I'm sure tastes amazing! Oh and ps, you get a chocolate covered strawberry with any combo meal! I'll be back soon.
(5)
Shannon G.
I love the soups and sandwiches but seriously they need to get their line figured out. Every time I come I'm asked 100 times what I'm getting and what I have. and because they have to ask so many times my food is cold by the time I pay. Every time!
(2)
Stephanie N.
The food is pretty good. I felt rushed through the line and didn't have much of a choice on anything. For asked the same questions by five different people. I feel the one should lay attention so that everyone didn't have to ask. Kind of pricey just for a bowl of soup. But when you're sick, this is the best choice for soup. Ask the employees how they feel about their jobs too. Most have expressed their misery and that makes me feel so bad! Just take a minute while you're here and see how many actually smile! Also, the soup to go cups suck. I got soup to go and when I got home it was all over the plastic bag. Did any soup actually stay in the container!? For $7 I would hope to get every last drop instead of a spilled soup.

I definitely enjoyed this place and would come back. To be honest, it's a soups & salads type of place with some desserts like fondue, chocolate strawberries, and baked goods. It's kind of like a Panera Bread but better (less baked goods variety though). +1 Star: Great Price for the Food! Awesome $4 deal for 1/2 size soup + chocolate covered strawberry + bread; 50 cents for extra toppings like croutons, fried onion toppings, etc. Portions are really good too! It was definitely more than enough for me to have for lunch! +1 Star: Good, fast, and trusting service. When I came here for lunch with some classmates, we zipped right through the line because they have a really efficient assembly system! I think it took about 3 minutes to get to the front even though we started off at the end of the line coiling around the door! My friend Ngoc V left her wallet on the table and when we drove back, the busser had it stored away for us! they're really fast at wiping down tables and I definitely trust this place. +1 Star: Tasty!!! I definitely am a sucker for chocolate covered strawberries and I did enjoy the soup with the bread. To be honest, I like my clam chowder a bit less creamy and thick, but my friends seemed to like theirs a lot, so it really depends on your preference. If you like yours light and less creamy, you might not find this to be your favorite soup! +1 Star: Clean location. It's surprisingly really clean, and it's definitely because the workers make sure to keep it that way! -1 Star: Table arrangements are really cluttered. It gets hard to find an open table and then having to squeeze through all these other people sitting at adjacent tables to sit down with your tray of food! It definitely gets worse when you're with friends & only have 30 minutes to eat lunch!

I eat Zupas about once a month at various locations. They always are consistent. Soups excellent, sandwiches average. Salads good. Yesterday I went in for lunch with my 2 young daughters and one of their friends. I ordered 2 kids combo's and 2 turkey bacon avacado with a bowls of soup. Their cauliflower cheese is fantastic btw (a must try). Anyway, they severely botched a fairly simple order by forgetting one bowl of soup and one of the TBA sandwiches. I approached the manager who didn't hesitate. He brought out both the missing items immediately and threw in an additional round of strawberry's that my daughters love. That is good management and customer service in my book. KUDOS! Happy customers are usually repeat customers.

Super friendly! I was greeted by a line of 10 employees waiting to help me and answer any questions. I heard "thank you for coming in" 8 times. I started counting after the third person. I must admit though 8 was a little excessive. It started to feel like each employee is told if they don't thank a customer for coming at least fifty five thousand times then there will be extreme consequences. The food is delicious as always. I noticed that they displayed the Best of State awards for the last several years on their trays. I didn't realise they had so many awards. I love how they give you a chocolate covered strawberry with your meal. Strawberries are the best.

As far as order-at-the-counter and get-served-like-Subway places go, Zupas is really spectacular. Very fresh, light, but decent portions. Would go back for a quick bite.

Decent alternative to a lot of other sandwich shops. They have great options for soup, salads, and sandwiches. The only downside is that they are so by the book. Everything is measured out by the ounce, cup etc. The honey bacon club, calm chowder and BBQ chicken salad are great options when eating there. Also used them for a large catering order and they are FANTASTIC for that. The order was to feed over 200 people and they delivered everything promptly, set it up and brought plenty of utensils, plates, napkins and all other items needed. Zupas offers pre-packed box lunches or buffet style which can help meet the needs of small or large groups. They even called afterwards to see if everything with the event went okay. Would definitely use them again for catering!

I am not usually a big soup or sandwich person, but I really like this place. I have been multiple times and have always had a great experience. There is usually an employee by the line that is there to offer help and or suggestions. Your food is made quickly and in front of you. Their soup is the best, my favorite is the garden chowder. It is creamy, hearty, and full of vegetables. I have also had the lobster bisque which is also really good. The chicken enchilada is good, but I feel a little skimpy on the chicken. They have a bunch of different sandwiches and paninis to choose from, the crab panini is my favorite. Their salads are fresh and a bunch of different options, the best is the berry salad! The prices are very reasonable and you can order items individually or they have meal deals where you get a small bowl of soup and a half salad or a sandwich. They also give you a big slice of delicious french bread and a chocolate dipped strawberry with every meal. They have unlimited saltines and oyster crackers for your soup as well. I also really like their caramel creme brulee even though it is nothing like real cream brulee, but it is still delicious.

Ahmad K.
This is a great place to get soup and salad. All the ingredients are fresh and the sandwiches are made right before your eyes. Their desserts are always amazing and it's a great meal. It's a little pricey though, you'll be spending about $10 for a soup and sandwich. But the food is good so you won't be disappointed. If you really wanted to, you could make 2 meals out of your sandwich
(4)

This place is A-ok. I've had their soups and sandwiches. I highly recommend their soups! They're spectacular! The sandwiches I have tried were mediocre and nothing memorable though. I really like how they have chocolate covered strawberries with every order and you can sample the soups before picking one! Service is somewhat speedy depending on what time you come. overall a great place to go if you're trying to stay on the healthy side because they have plenty of options.

Seems like these are popping up everywhere lately around here. So they must be doing something right good food soup, sandwiches, and salads. It's usually pretty crowded and noisy so if that's no problem it's a great place to eat.

I love zupas. Their food is always so good. I have come to this location countless times. During lunch hour it gets pretty pack so i would often come any other time. Even so, they are good at getting the food ready quick and the line moving.

Buyer beware..the "crab" meat they offer in the Crab Salad and the Crab Avocado Melt is imitation crab. No where on the signage do they indicate that. That not only disappoints me it makes me wonder what else are they substituting.

I am not impressed with the Pesto Chicken Panini, I would not recommend it. However I also had the butternut bisque which was divine :) it's seasonal and I recommend you get some prior to 11/30. Of course Their strawberries and bread never disappoint

This location gets pretty busy at lunchtime--and people do like to linger and have their long lunches. But they often have staff around helping people figure out seating. As for the food, I personally would recommend skipping their salads & sandwiches...just order yourself a large bowl of soup and you'll be happy. Every soup I've had is just awesome. And for the indecisive, they'll let you sample a couple before you decide. My personal favorite soup is the Thai Lobster Curry. My kid always gets the Wisconsin Cauliflower soup--also so good. I like the bread and chocolate- covered strawberry too. Definitely a great lunch spot.
(4)

I've liked this place for a while, although I have to agree it seems to be a little pricey for what you're getting. I'd like to see them bring down the prices a little or be a little more generous with the portions. I have to say that the Creamy Tomato Basil soup is good enough it's ruined all other tomato based soups for me. The Wisconsin Cheese soup is also a delight, and I always like a place that has more than one vegetarian option for their soup. On my last visit I did try their new veggie sandwich, and was pleasantly surprised. And the Ultimate Grilled Cheese never disappoints. It is true that it's incredibly busy at lunchtime during the week- it's better to opt for take out.

I was met at the door with a menu and the days' specials...very unique for any restaurant. Over-all I was pleased with the service, selection and seating. I have had the tomato basil and the white bean soup - -both delicious. It did seem that chicken was in nearly every dish...so if you are a fan - this is a great place for you. Myself, I am not so big on chicken, so I spent a moment searching for the non-poultry options. My results were much to my delight, as I feasted on a multi-berry salad with soup (don't forget the chocolate dipped strawberry that comes with every meal). My kiddo loved his food too...Overall, a great experience for the whole family and not too expensive!

I'm not normally a soup and salad eater, but this place is good. I like the mushroom bisque and the turkey cranberry sandwich. The Nuts About Berries salad is also tasty, but not very filling. The one thing that drives me crazy enough to stop going is they make you say your order two three times. I've been the only one in line and they still say at the register, "And, what did you order?" "Ummm. . . that sandwich right there, and that soup right there." It's worse when I'm there with the kids and have to keep track of several orders several times. Maybe I should give them colored stickers with my order so they can keep track of it for me. Anyway, it's good food -- try it out.

Surprised it was so good. I am not a fan of restaurants without waiters and having to stand in a line; however, the food was great. I had a kale salad and a vegetable chowder. Made this California girl happy. I hate to miss my kale. Clean and staff very pleasant. Would definitely go again.

Always busy because it is so great! This week I have had two people from out of town stay with me, and they are obsessed with the food. We visited 3 times in one week. I personally love their sandwiches and the mango berry salad. Both out of towners loved the fact that every meal comes with a chocolate covered strawberry!

Very tasty dinner for a called fall night. I ordered tge lobster bisque and turkey bacon avocado sandwich. With all of that the also provided a very soft piece of french bread and a chocolate covered strawberry. It was all so delicious. Oh and the ladies were very nice. They greeted me with smiles. I will be returning.

Been to many Zupas locations, but I was rather disappointed by the fare. The Lobbster Bisque is my favorite soup -- from this location it was super salty, oily, and nigh flavorless. I tried their Chipotle Chicken salad, which I've really enjoyed at other locations and ... meh; it was OK for a Wal-Mart salad, but not what I've come to expect.
(2)

Zupas you're one of my faves for soup and salad. Thanks for being pretty much in every city in the Salt Lake valley. Please, never get rid of the Wisconsin Cauliflower or the Wild Mushroom Bisque. These two soups alone are the reason for my continued visits. I know it's kind of weird that I like them mixed together, but I simply cannot settle with just one flavor.

(3)Jason F.

(4)Nathan B.
(4)Priya A.
(4)Jackie B.
I love Zupas! I'm so glad that they finally got one in downtown Salt Lake as well. My favorite soup/salad combination here is the Thai Lobster Curry soup (I like to add in some coconut) and the Nuts About Berries salad.
(5)Robynne Y.
(5)Shauna S.
They gave me clam chowder instead of vegetable chowder. Oops. The grilled cheese panini with pesto sauce was delicious. Love their free bread and chocolate dipped strawberries.
(4)Dede D.
PSA: Don't buy a gift card here! They charge you a monthly fee if it's not used within 12 months until there is a zero balance. So, they have my money & I have nothing. Nice "gift" if you like highway robbery!
(1)Katherine P.
(1)Adam G.
(3)LaKeisha N.
came here for an early dinner with my mom and my son.
(5)Ty D.
Went here with my wife recently and had a great dinner. The sandwhich was good, the strawberry was great, and the dessert was awesome. Good environment, and good place to eat. Look forward to going back.
(5)jeff a.
Love Zupas, The food is fresh and tasty always. Never go wrong eating here.
(5)Doug R.
5 Stars for the price/style of restaurant. Visiting from Arizona and was very impressed. Had the summer salad, carnitas sandwich, lobster soup, and a brownie thingy. Wish we had one at home in Tucson.
(5)Nadia R.
solid spot for soups, sandwiches, and probably salads but I haven't tried a salad yet.
(5)Ryan C.
(4)Victoria V.
(5)Shannon G.
I love the soups and sandwiches but seriously they need to get their line figured out. Every time I come I'm asked 100 times what I'm getting and what I have. and because they have to ask so many times my food is cold by the time I pay. Every time!
(2)Stephanie N.
(2)Julie V.
(4)Steve K.
(4)Dustin W.
(4)Brett K.
As far as order-at-the-counter and get-served-like-Subway places go, Zupas is really spectacular. Very fresh, light, but decent portions. Would go back for a quick bite.
(4)Amir N.
(4)Leanne A.
(4)Ahmad K.
(4)Thanh N.
(3)William C.
Seems like these are popping up everywhere lately around here. So they must be doing something right good food soup, sandwiches, and salads. It's usually pretty crowded and noisy so if that's no problem it's a great place to eat.
(4)John L.
I love zupas. Their food is always so good. I have come to this location countless times. During lunch hour it gets pretty pack so i would often come any other time. Even so, they are good at getting the food ready quick and the line moving.
(5)Lance H.
Buyer beware..the "crab" meat they offer in the Crab Salad and the Crab Avocado Melt is imitation crab. No where on the signage do they indicate that. That not only disappoints me it makes me wonder what else are they substituting.
(1)Becca M.
I am not impressed with the Pesto Chicken Panini, I would not recommend it. However I also had the butternut bisque which was divine :) it's seasonal and I recommend you get some prior to 11/30. Of course Their strawberries and bread never disappoint
(4)Nicole B.
(4)Emily C.
(4)Olga K.
This place is amazing, the workers are great, the food is mouth watering and the they don't accept tips how nice. This is an excellent place to take kids seniors and family's.
(5)Stasia B.
(4)Justin H.
(4)Trixie B.
Surprised it was so good. I am not a fan of restaurants without waiters and having to stand in a line; however, the food was great. I had a kale salad and a vegetable chowder. Made this California girl happy. I hate to miss my kale. Clean and staff very pleasant. Would definitely go again.
(4)Amanda V.
Always busy because it is so great! This week I have had two people from out of town stay with me, and they are obsessed with the food. We visited 3 times in one week. I personally love their sandwiches and the mango berry salad. Both out of towners loved the fact that every meal comes with a chocolate covered strawberry!
(5)Courtney B.
(5)Barbra B.
Enjoyed my soup and sandwich with a chocolate dipped strawberry. Everything was fresh Nd delicius!
(5)Todd V.
Good salads and soup. Sandwiches aren't special and I avoid them. Best when someone else picks up the tab.
(3)Trent S.
(2)Monica V.
